How to order:

1. Select the number of each panel you require (e.g. 2 Cancer Panel 1 Assay Kits, 3 Cancer Panel 2 Assay Kits, etc.) by placing the number of required panels in the “Quantity of Panels” box.
2. Click the box to the left of each analyte you wish to include as part of your panel. Note that the prices are based on one panel. If ordering more than one panel, multiply the quantity by the “Price” to get your final cost for that panel. Please also note that you can not mix Analytes from different panels.
3. Fill in the required information at the bottom of the page.
4. Click the “Submit” button and a Customer Service Advisor will contact you to complete the order.
